How to get you P1 Provisional Licence PDF Print E-mail
There are two levels of Provisional licence; P1 and P2. The P1 licence is the second stage of the Graduated Licensing Scheme (GLS). A P1 licence holder may drive unsupervised under restricted conditions.  To gain a P1 Provisional licence a learner driver must attend a Customer Service Centre and:
 
  • Present a log book of 50 hours of on road driving with a Qualified Supervising Driver
  • Present evidence of completing a VORT or a CBT course
  • Present a current Learner's permit (held for at least six months)
